Barron’s Business Keys - All books in this series
The titles in Barron’s popular Business Keys series are written for individual investors. These books take the mystery out of finance and investment and offer sound advice on investment management to ordinary consumers. Using non-technical language, they offer up-to-date information on a wide range of money matters. This new fifth edition has been revised and updated to reflect recent dramatic changes in the post-bubble real estate market and mortgage industry. The authors give detailed advice on buying, selling, and operating residential rental and commercial real estate to achieve cash flow, income-tax savings, and appreciation in value. Leasing information is also discussed.
