About The Authors:
Jessica Levinson, M.S., R.D., C.D.N., is a Registered Dietitian who practices in New York City. She counsels children, adolescents, and adults on all nutrition issues, using an approach that focuses on health maintenance and disease prevention. Her articles have appeared in Glamour, Today’s Dietitian, Parade Magazine, and other popular periodicals.
Maja Pitamic has taught younger children for many years and holds degrees in Art History and Montessori Teacher Training. Her other books on the subject of child education include Child’s Play and Art in Action 1 and 2, all published in North America by Barron’s.
