About the Authors:
Meredith Marsh received her bachelor's degree from Calvin College, a master's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is currently completing her Ph.D. in geography at UCSB. She has been teaching Introductory Human Geography at UCSB for the past four years, and is coauthor of Barron's AP Human Geography
Peter Alagona received his bachelor's degree from Northwestern University, a master's degeree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and master's and doctoral degrees from the University of California, Los Angeles. He has taught courses in history, geography, and environmental studies at a number of colleges and universities. He currently works as a Harvard Environmental Fellow in the Center for the Environment and the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. He is the coauthor of Barron's AP Human Geography
